Description
The Curriculum Materials Center is a facility, opened in January 1997, that houses a collection of resources to support the Shaw Teacher Education Program.

Curriculum materials centers are essential to the instructional and research needs of students and faculty in programs preparing educators for P-12 schools. • 3-D teaching aids; including games and kits
• Audio-visual materials and equipment
• Bulleting board materials
• Courses of study
• Current selected Education serials
• Curriculum guides
• Juvenile book collection (including reference materials and big books)
• North Carolina adopted textbooks
• Professional materials in all concentrations
• Reference materials; including NC LIVE and other online resources
• Standardized tests
• Various equipment to aid in the development of classroom projects
• Workroom
