By placing an online order, you understand and agree to
the following:
- No refunds will be issued. No exceptions.
- Tickets that
will be picked up at the cashier's office will be available for pick-up
beginning Friday, January 20th.
- Shaw University will not be responsible for tickets
that are lost, stolen or damaged in the mail.
Ticket booklets that will be mailed will be shipped
via express mail service. You will be
charged an additional $18.00 for shipping costs.
- It is now too late to have tickets mailed. Purchasers will be responsible for
picking up tickets in person at cashier's office, in Tyler Hall, on the
campus of Shaw University. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM
to 5PM. ID will be required.
** Shaw students must put their Student ID # in the
'Customer ID' field of the credit card form. All students must bring a valid ID when picking up
