Ordering
your tickets by phone can be done
in FOUR simple steps!

STEP
ONE -- Decide
which section you would like to purchase tickets for. (silver, gold or
bronze) |

STEP TWO -- Decide if
you will pick tickets up in person or if you would like them mailed.
(add $18 for shipping & handling if you want them mailed) |

STEP THREE -- Call the
cashiers office at: 919-546-8678 or 919-546-8655 to process your order
with a Visa or Mastercard
credit or debit card. |

STEP FOUR -- Meet us in
Charlotte! |
By placing a telephone order, you understand and agree
to the following:
- Tickets that
will be picked up at the cashier's office will be available
beginning Friday, January 20th.
- Shaw University will not be responsible for tickets
that are lost, stolen or damaged in the mail.
- Ticket booklets that will be mailed will be shipped
via express mail service. You will be
charged an additional $18.00 for shipping costs.
- Tickets ordered via telephone WILL NOT be mailed
after February 18. After February 18, purchaser will be responsible for
picking up tickets in person at cashier's office, in Tyler Hall, on the
campus of Shaw University. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM
to 5PM. ID will be required.
