Shaw Women's Basketball to be Featured Game of the Week

 

Raleigh, NC - (February 8, 2008) The excitement of Shaw University Women's Basketball will have a national spotlight as the televised NCAA Division II Basketball Regular Season Game of the Week.  The Lady Bears will take on the Golden Bulls of Johnson C. Smith University on Saturday, February 16th @ Noon at Broughton High School.

 

The Shaw University Family and community-at-large are asked to wear the garnet and white of Shaw and other paraphernalia that will be seen on the national scope.  Head Coach Jacques Curtis, coaching staff and the Lady Bears are poised and extremely excited to have this amazing opportunity to showcase their skills and tremendous talent to the nation.

 

The game will be broadcast live on the Fox Sports Network and CSTV.
