Athletic Scholars to Be Honored At Women's Basketball Game

 

Raleigh, NC - (February 8, 2008) A special recognition celebration is planned for student-athletes that have maintained a 3.0 GPA or better at the half-time game of the Women's Basketball Game on Tuesday, February 12th.  The game will begin at 5:30 p.m. in C.C. Spaulding Gymnasium on the campus of Shaw University.  Plaques recognizing their achievements will be awarded by Dr. Clarence G. Newsome, President of Shaw University with other University officials.
